Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days without giving a reason.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract to us, e.g. by e-mail sent to the following address: info@surfproject.pl

This period begins after the delivery of the Product to the Consumer or a person other than the carrier indicated by him.

In the case of a Contract that covers many Products that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the deadline runs from the time of delivery of the last item, batch or part.

In the case of an Agreement which involves the regular delivery of Products for a limited period (subscription), the period runs from taking possession of the first of the items.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.

Returns will be accepted only if the returned goods are free from signs of use and damage. Products must contain the manufacturer’s labels and the original packaging.

Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not entitled to the consumer who bought  the product which is made to order.

Complaints

If the product purchased from us proves to be defective, you have the right to advertise it within 2 years from the date of purchase.

Complaints are best submitted to the address Office@pocketkites.pl and they should include a concise description of the defect, circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, data of the Customer submitting the complaint, and the Customer’s request in relation to the defect of the goods.

 

You can request:

– remove the defect

– exchange of goods for a new one

or make a statement about:

– price reduction,

– withdrawal from the contract – in the case of a material defect.

 

Consideration of your complaint will take place within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
